				      <description><![CDATA[<p>The Transportation Policy Alternatives Committee usually meets on the last Friday of each month in the council chambers at Metro Regional Center. Additional meetings may be held as needed. TPAC provides technical input to the <a href=&#39;http://www.oregonmetro.gov/index.cfm/go/by.web/id=305&#39;>Joint Policy Advisory Committee on Transportation</a>. TPAC&#39;s 21 members consist of technical staff from governments around the region and interested citizens. There is balanced citizen representation from throughout the region&#39;s communities and interests. Six citizen representatives on TPAC are appointed for two-year terms. </p>

Most households with cable service in the Portland metropolitan area receive channel 11. MCCI&#39;s steering committee meets after the regular MCCI meeting on the first Wednesday of each month in room 270 at Metro Regional Center.
