Metro Council meetings are held in the council chamber at Metro Regional Center unless otherwise noted. The public is encouraged to attend. Every council meeting includes a citizen communications agenda item to provide an opportunity for comments on topics that are not on the agenda. Forest Grove City Hall Community Auditorium
Metro Council meetings are cablecast live on the regional Community Access Network, Tualatin Valley Television (TVC TV) cable channel 11. Most households with cable service in the Portland metropolitan area receive channel 11.
