Metro Council meetings are held in the council chambers at Metro Regional Center unless otherwise noted. The public is encouraged to attend. Metro Council meetings are cablecast live on the regional Community Access Network, Tualatin Valley Television (TVC TV) cable channel 11. Most households with cable service in the Portland metropolitan area receive channel 11.
